General Manager - New Zealand

Liz Metz joined the Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand
Executive Leadership Team in August 2017, as the General Manager for Kimberly-Clark New Zealand. 

A 20 year veteran of the consumer product industry, Liz joined Kimberly-Clark in 1992 as an engineer and over the years has worked across all of Kimberly-Clark’s consumer brands. She has held numerous management positions in research and engineering, before later transitioning to market and sales leadership roles.

Liz joins the New Zealand business from Kimberly-Clark North America, where she was Senior Director of Shopper Engagement. Liz executed a transformation of this critical capability bringing greater clarity of roles, improved processes, an enhanced agency relationship and accountability, and an overall sharper focus on driving business results.

Liz has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
